When will an order arrive?

Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days after payment approval, and carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. Checkout displays delivery choices, charges, and any free-shipping qualification. Tracking is sent when the carrier makes it available.

What can be returned or exchanged?

We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges for new merchandise requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Non-defective items must be unused and complete. Mail the approved return with the free prepaid label included in the parcel; no restocking fee applies.

How do refunds and support work?
