Refund Policy

Returns are available for both defective and non-defective purchases that satisfy this policy, and qualifying products may also be exchanged. Start the request no later than 30 calendar days after delivery.

Product condition

Returned merchandise must be new. For a non-defective return, it must also be unused and include the original packaging, labels, accessories, and supplied parts. Approved returns are mailed. The parcel includes a free prepaid return label, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

Starting a request

Send the order number, checkout email, request reason, and any relevant damage or package images to keyubaxa496@gmail.com. Wait for approval before mailing; the response identifies the proper return destination, which is not automatically the General contact address. Replacement availability depends on stock.

Approved refunds

Within 10 days after approval, we process and initiate the refund back to the original payment method. Financial institutions may take extra time to show it. Nothing here removes rights provided by applicable law.
